There are probably millions of cover of the famous Disney hit song “Let it Go” all over the internet but international singing sensation Charice Pempengco’s version proves nothing but the singer’s awesomeness.
Although only a portion of her videoke version was shown in the viral YouTube video published on January 14, Charice’s singing prowess was still very much evident in her rendition of the song. With over 300,000 views and 2,000 likes on YouTube, the video has been shared in various social media.
Charice became a household name not just in the Philippines but the whole world after videos of her performances were posted on YouTube. The young singer caught the attention of Hollywood hosts Oprah Winfrey and Ellen de Generes and was featured in their talk shows. Aside from releasing international studio albums, she also appeared in the popular American TV series “Glee” as “Sunshine Corazon”.
In 2013, Charice publicly admitted she is a lesbian during an interview with Boy Abunda in the ABS-CBN show “The Buzz”.
