Pag-IBIG (HDMF) Online Services for the Convenience of Local and OFW Members

The Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF), popularly known as Pag-IBIG, offers its online system for the convenience of members and employers.

To date, the online system is not yet as comprehensive and user-friendly as the online system used by the Social Security System (SSS). Still, it is worth noting that Pag-IBIG is making progress in providing better services for its members.

Membership Registration System

For prospective members, the online registration system allows them to join the Fund by filling out a form. Of course, the entries must be authentic and could be proven by supporting documents such as birth and/or marriage certificates. The forms are easy to fill out but mandatory fields must be completed before the registrant can proceed to the next steps.

Fields to be completed include member information, address, contacts, beneficiaries, member category, employment history, and other relevant information.

Existing members can use the membership registration portion to update their information.

Employers Online Registration System

Employers are able to use this portion to register their main office or branch. The Main Office option is used for employers who remit contributions from the main office while the Branch option is for those using a decentralized system.

It is also possible to amend the registered employer information in this section.

Modified Pag-IBIG 2 Enrollment System

The Fund actually allows members to enroll for a Modified Pag-IBIG 2 account. This upgraded plan is a five (5) year savings facility on top of the mandatory Pag-IBIG 1 account but is voluntary. The upgraded plan offers a higher yield compared with the original account.

Online Payment Facility

Fund members who own VISA or MasterCard credit cards can now pay for their monthly mandatory savings via this facility. This is especially useful for OFWs but could also be used by members living the country. The member has to specify the amount of monthly contribution and the period to be paid, with the total automatically calculated by the facility. A convenience fee is added to the total bill.

OFW Member’s Contribution Verification System

This section allows OFW Fund members to check their savings. This section can be accessed by the member using his Pag-IBIG MID No., POP Temporary ID, or Registration Tracking No. (RTN).

This verification system comes handy in many situations, especially if the member wants to check if payments using the online facility have already been credited to his account.

Housing Loan Application System

Applying for a housing loan has just become easier, thanks to this system. As long as the member is eligible for the loan (a link for the checklist of requirements is also provided), he can submit the application online. Again, this would need a Pag-IBIG MID/RTN before the member can access the system.

The Fund will contact the member to schedule for loan counseling and to request submission of documentary and technical requirements.

This section can also be used by members to reschedule their housing loan application appointment.

Housing Loan Verification

This section offers members with existing housing loans to check for payments posted and other pertinent information regarding the loan. This section is accessed using the HL (housing loan) account number.

Housing Loan Moratorium Application System

Housing loan borrowers living or working in areas declared under the state of calamity by the Local Sanggunian may apply for a loan moratorium using this facility, depending on some factors. The Pag-IBIG MID/RTN is used to access this system.

Short Term Loan Filing System

Exclusive for local members only, this section allows them to apply for short term loans. To access the facility, the Pag-IBIG MID No. and security code are required.

To register, check your membership status or avail of their service, please go to www.pagibigfundservices.com. You can also contact them via email, letter or calling them, here’s the link Pag-IBIG Contact Page.
