What would you do if you find money in the street and there’s no one around? Many of us would probably just pocket the money since there’s really no way to tell who owns this, right?
One guy recently found Php500 in the street – but because he can’t find its rightful owner, he decided to use the money to help the poor homeless folks nearby.

“Yung may ari ng 500 na napulot ko wag ka mag alala nawala mo man yung pera pero nakatulong kanaman sa mga taong na ngangailangan. Hindi narin kasi kita makati para ma isoli ko sayo kaya ganyan nalang ginawa ko,” he explained on his social media post.
(To the owner of the Php500 that I found, don’t worry because even if you lost the money, you were able to help some people in need. Because I could no longer find you to return the money, I decided it would best if I do this.)

After finding the money, Marvin to a nearby grocery store to buy some canned goods, bread, and noodles. He let the cashier place these items in several individual plastic bags so that he could give it to several people who needed the food.

Nearby, the young man found a number of homeless people. He gave the goods to these folks – and they were quite surprised by the good deed.

Many netizens praised the young man, saying it was good that he did not keep the money for himself but used it to help these people in need.

But as expected, there were those who thought it was too much that he posted the kind deed, saying he should keep quiet if he genuinely wants to help others…
