I can no longer recall how many cure-all ads for super supplements and drinks I’ve encountered in my whole life. All of these products are claiming to be better than the others in terms of the health benefits they bring.

In the long run though, I think nothing still beats living a healthy lifestyle. Getting sufficient rest, exercising regularly, and, of course, eating the right foods will help you have a strong body and prevent a host of potential diseases.

Banana, for example, is one of the healthiest fruits available to man. Not only is it really tasty but it is packed with a lot of awesome stuff such as vitamins, nutrients, and fiber. They’re easily available in the market and grocery, too. On top of that, they’re also very cheap.

If you have problems with high blood pressure, you’d be glad to know that bananas are low in sodium but has high potassium content. This fruit is perfectly good for you and your heart.
