A taco shop was robbed in the wee hours of morning but instead of simply letting the police solve the crime, the owners did something that had the internet cheering: they created a hilarious ad using CCTV footage of the incident!
Frijoles & Frescas Grilled Tacos in Las Vegas was robbed by three men. One of the guys tried breaking the front door with a rock. When that did not work, the guys transferred to the back door. This time, they were quite successful: the glass broke and they were able to enter without hitch.
In the ad, the taco shop made it appear that the robbers loved their taco so much that they came back even after hours to find some.
When they got inside, the robbers could be seen frantically dashing across the establishment, searching for money. In the ad, they weren’t looking for money but tacos.
Because the robbers couldn’t find taco in the fridge, they decided to take the register instead – or so the ad narrated.
At the end of the clip, the store manager asked the audience to share whatever information they might have about the identity of the robbers so these poor, hungry guys could get the taco they so wanted.
Of course, that was sarcasm but netizens loved the ad so much that it has now garnered over 4.1 million views on YouTube!
