MANILA, Philippines- A restaurant crew has become a social media sensation for his good deed. The random act of kindness of Christian Jay Talamisan has inspired many netizens after his story was shared on several Facebook pages.
According to a certain Ken Hicban, he accidentally left his bag containing P37,000 as well as ID and credit cards at Bacolod Chicken Inasal in Jupiter, Makati branch. Upon learning this, Hicban immediately contacted the management of the said restaurant.

Luckily, Talamisan was able to get hold of Hicban’s bag and immediately returned it to him. Although the bag contained valuable items that can certainly make Talamisan’s life much easier particularly this Christmas season, the honest man chose to rise above himself and do the right thing.
In his post, Hicban thanked Talamisan and urged netizens to share the restaurant crew’s story to inspire others.
“Pero sobrang blessed namin dahil buti nalang ang nakakuha ay ang crew nila na si Christian Jay Talamisan, gusto ko lang ipost to kasi para makapag pasalamat at pasikatin si kuya dahil sa pagiging honest niya at walang nawala talaga sa bag ko . Kasi pinatunayan niya na meron pang mga katulad niya na dapat tularan ng nakakarami,” Hicban wrote.
After his story went viral, Talamisan earned praises from netizens. Despite the unexpected online fame, Talamisan said all the staff of the said restaurant are honest and would have done the same thing if put in a similar situtation.
“Ganun po tlga lahat ng staff sa Bacolod chicken inasal,,,nagkataon lng po na ako po Ang nakaduty nong mga oras na iyon,” Talamisan said in one of the comments.
