Netizens Swoon Over Chopsuey Hunks

The chase for good-looking farmers from all over the Philippines has began.

Following Jeyrick Sigmaton a.k.a. carrot man’s accidental fame, several netizens have shared photos of hunky farmers on their social media accounts. With undeniable good looks and seductive bodies, these men are set to become the next social media darlings.

One of them is Neil Galuten Matchok, more popularly known as “cabbage man”, who also comes from Mountain Province. Photos of him harvesting cabbage became an online hit after his sister Amy Galuten Matchok-Pandoyos shared it on her Facebook account. His photos were also shared on the Facebook page of Trending News and Viral where it amassed over 8,000 shares as of press time.

Another Igorot became a certified online hit after his photo was uploaded on the Facebook page of Salve Mordeno. The unidentified cutie was photographed plowing the field for his strawberries at La Trinidad, Benguet. Although the photo was taken last May 25, 2015, it was only after Sigmaton became an overnight social media sensation that the photo went viral.

As people await the discovery of other “fruits and vegetable” hunks, some creative netizens have already coined the name “Chopsuey Hunks” for their group.

Meanwhile, Bataan Weather Page shared a photo of a yummy-looking fisherman from Bataan. Although the unnamed man certainly has what it takes to be an online heartthrob, netizens question whether he is really a fisherman because of his fair skin.

Online trolls also took the opportunity to take a ride on the fame of the social media cuties.

Davao Vines posted a photo of “kahoy man” from Sto. Tomas in Davao while a certain Emman Nimedez shared a photo of him carrying jugs of water and dubbed himself as “water man”. Check out their photos below and you be the judge.
