Brice Moyer, a man suffering from stomach cancer, wanted to put spark in his life.
In order to do this, the cancer patient posted an ad on Craiglist saying that he’s giving away love to anyone who wanted. Out of all the replies Brice received, one mom’s response caught his attention.
Francesca Murray, a single mom of a four-year-old daughter, offered to cook some warm meals for Brice. Despite being homeless, Francesca was determined to help him.
Touched by the woman’s gesture, Brice decided to give back to her. After learning that Francesca cooks meals for the needy at a shelter, Brice was able to convince a local farm to donate organic crops for the meals she is going to prepare. In addition, a local organization opted to donate 250 meals to Francesca.
However, Brice also learned that Francesca will only be staying at the shelter for some time. This is why he decided to set up a fundraiser that will help build a tiny home for the generous woman.
Moyer said: “So now we’re raising $25,000 to build a tiny home by the end of March for Francesca.”
