Beautiful Casper’s Rendition of “Kisapmata” Wows Coaches on The Voice Philippines

Casper Blancaflor’s superb rendition of “Kisapmata” wowed the judges of The Voice Philippines. Coach Bamboo turned within seconds while Coach Lea took a little bit of time to decide whether she should turn or not.

What makes the performance even more wonderful is that the beautiful singer was playing the guitar, providing music for her slow, soulful rendition of the otherwise upbeat song.

This breathtaking lady truly amazed the coaches; though Coach Apl and Coach Sarah did not turn their chairs for her, they still had great things to say about her performance.

Who do you think she picked as coach?

A Breath of Fresh Air

A lady in the rock scene brings a wonderful breath of fresh air to the music, especially one as beautiful as Casper.

Casper’s rendition of the popular song was all the more special because, as you can surely recall, it is one of the top hits by Rivermaya – the band whose original frontman was Bamboo Mañalac, the same Coach Bamboo on The Voice Philippines who turned his chair for her.

He even made some adlibs to the song, making it sound like they were doing a duet at one point. It was great.

Even though Bamboo later on formed his own band he named Bamboo, I’m quite sure he did not mind that Casper sang a Rivermaya song. After all, her cover is so beautiful.

It looks like she is adept with the guitar, so it would have been fantastic if she was made to complete the song; especially because the original arrangement for Kisapmata featured a guitar solo after its second chorus.
